Set up/
Tear down |
Room setup is the responsibility of the renter, unless otherwise requested. The room must be returned to the arrangement in which it was found.
There is an additional charge of $25 if you choose that the center provide this service. |
| Garbage |
Trash bins must be emptied, with contents taken off premises, at the end of the event. Any trash remaining behind will be billed at $5 per container. |
Security
Personnel |
Ongoing club and/or class meetings may, with permission, bypass this requirement.
All one-time events will require a security guard to be present during Access Hours and will be charged $15 an hour for this service. NOTE: the security personnel are to be paid in cash at the beginning of the event. Security is obligated to end an event/call the police if any violation of this contract occurs. |
| Alcohol |
There is to be no alcohol anywhere on the premises without express written consent of the Executive Director.
A separate contract with the Executive Director will be negotiated if this event is requesting the use of alcohol. A copy of said contract will be attached to this document and kept on file.
