SCC Rental Policies

 
 
Room Rental rates are $30/hour for members
and $50/hour for non-members.
Security deposits are required.
Set up/
Tear down
Room setup is the responsibility of the renter, unless otherwise requested. The room must be returned to the arrangement in which it was found.
There is an additional charge of $25 if you choose that the center provide this service.
Garbage Trash bins must be emptied, with contents taken off premises, at the end of the event. Any trash remaining behind will be billed at $5 per container.
Security
Personnel
Ongoing club and/or class meetings may, with permission, bypass this requirement.

All one-time events will require a security guard to be present during Access Hours and will be charged $15 an hour for this service. NOTE: the security personnel are to be paid in cash at the beginning of the event. Security is obligated to end an event/call the police if any violation of this contract occurs.
Alcohol

There is to be no alcohol anywhere on the premises without express written consent of the Executive Director.

A separate contract with the Executive Director will be negotiated if this event is requesting the use of alcohol. A copy of said contract will be attached to this document and kept on file.
